The Lions Campground

It is a five minute walk to shops, pubs, restaurants, churches, a public beach and a grocery store. Churches are United, Catholic and Anglican. Pets are welcome.

 

The 36 available spots include 20 and 30 amp service, and some without electricity.  Campground managers Sue and Fern Desjardins reside on-site during the camping season.

 

On-site facilities include washrooms, showers,  dumping station, free firewood, wireless internet and a paved boat ramp (no dock), for oats up to 26 ft. in length. Pot lucks, BBQs and other events are held throughout the season. For  details about  Merrickville events, outside the campground, please  visit www.realmerrickville.ca

The Lions Campground is located along the Rideau Canal in the historic Village of Merrickville.

 

The Campground is open from  May 1 to September 30. Payment can be made by
